Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team at AAA Precision Industries ltd. This role will be responsible for leading sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, be able to multitask, and have accurate and efficient interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
  • Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail establishments
  • Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
  • Leading/instructing groups
  • Provide customer service
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work accurately
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional development and a competitive compensation package.
