Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Operations: Oversee all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service; develop and implement menus that meet customer preferences and dietary needs; manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, servers, and hosts/hostesses; train new employees on preparation, cooking, and handling of food; maintain high levels of quality control and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer complaints and feedback; resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Skills: 5+ years of experience as a chef or kitchen manager; demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of supervising and training staff; ability to lead by example and promote a positive work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and management.
