Front Desk Manager

Mamma's Inn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hotel operations, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Policies
Design and implement effective policies and procedures to optimize daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Supervise and Train StaffLead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality work performance.
Conduct Performance Reviews and Training SessionsRegularly assess staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Manage Budgets and Monitor FinancesPrepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
Implement Marketing StrategiesDevelop and execute marketing plans to attract and retain guests, increasing brand awareness and driving revenue growth.
Enforce Policies and ProceduresEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures, addressing any deviations or issues promptly and effectively.
Address Customer Complaints and ConcernsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Assist Guests with Special NeedsProvide exceptional support to guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their stay.
Establish Work Schedules and Maintain InventoryDevelop and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Requirements- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a similar role
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and initiative
