Job Summary

Mamma's Inn is seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a smooth and efficient front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Policies: Create and enforce policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring compliance with hotel standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and implement marketing activities to drive hotel revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and staff effectively.
