Assist with Special RequestsAssist guests with special needs, providing personalized service to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish and manage work schedules for the front desk team, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.

Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Work Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
Personal SuitabilityClient-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and initiative.
