Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, including managing front desk staff, coordinating room assignments, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train front desk staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Marketing and Promotion: Implement marketing activities to promote the hotel and its services, including social media management and local advertising.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
