Front Desk Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Guruwali Holding Inc. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Registration: Register arriving guests and assign rooms, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Customer Service: Provide general information about points of interest in the area, process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and follow emergency and safety procedures.
- Clerical Duties: Perform clerical tasks, such as faxing, filing, and photocopying, and answer telephone calls and relay messages.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
