Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at Mamma's Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Policies
Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Supervise and Train StaffSupervise and train a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service.
Conduct Performance ReviewsConduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Manage Budgets and FinancesPrepare and manage budgets, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure the hotel's financial goals are met.
Market the HotelDevelop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Address Customer ComplaintsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
Assist with Special RequestsAssist guests with special needs, providing personalized service to ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish and manage work schedules for the front desk team, ensuring adequate coverage at all times.
Maintain InventoryOrganize and maintain inventory of hotel supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are available when needed.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
Work Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
LanguageFluent in English.
Work EnvironmentFast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
Personal SuitabilityClient-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, and initiative.
