**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our retail partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address those areas.

**Requirements:**

  • Post-secondary education in a related field and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong business acumen and sales skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 35% of the time.
