We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team in Windsor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving Kellanova's retail presence and achieving distribution and speed to shelf targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to increase the share of the shelf through major and minor relines.
- Partner with retail customers to understand their business strategies and targets, and work together to achieve distribution and speed to shelf targets.
- Identify opportunities for sales growth through collaboration and alignment with other counterparts across the retail team.
- Post-secondary education in a related field and/or high school diploma with relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Valid driver's license within Canada, with a willingness to drive 35% of the time.
