About the Role

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling new and used trucks and heavy equipment within a designated sales territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Revenue Generation
    • Sell new and used trucks and heavy equipment to customers within the designated sales territory
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Product Knowledge and Training
    • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and equipment
    • Provide training and support to customers on product features and benefits
  • Administrative and Reporting
    • Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner
    • Prepare and submit sales reports and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Post-secondary education in a related field (e.g. business, sales, marketing)
    • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment industry
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Personal Qualities
    • Highly motivated and self-directed
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
