**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Kellogg. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our retail partners in the Windsor area.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive distribution and speed to shelf targets, as well as incremental display objectives.
- Partner with retail customers to understand their business strategies and targets, and identify opportunities to increase share of shelf through major and minor relines.
- Execute promotional plans and ensure timely execution of promotions, as well as shelf objectives, according to banners and store planogram compliance.
- Collaborate with other counterparts across the retail team to identify opportunities for sales growth and develop plans to achieve them.
**Requirements:**
- Post-secondary education in a related field and/or high school diploma with relevant work experience.
- Strong client-focused skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust with retail partners.
- Tenacity and an aptitude for sales, with a strong understanding of the importance of the Kellogg brand.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Valid driver's license within Canada, with a willingness to drive 35% of the time.
