Job Description

As a Human Resources Consultant at Sia Partners, you will join our Human Resources & Transformation business unit in Ottawa (remote). Your primary focus will be on organizational design and classification, HR management, human resources development, digital HR, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement organizational design and classification strategies
  • Manage HR functions, including recruitment, staffing, and selection
  • Design and deliver training programs for employees
  • Implement digital HR solutions, including automation and process optimization
  • Lead project management initiatives, including detailed planning and tracking
Requirements
  • University degree in business administration, HR, organizational development, project management, communication, or psychology
  • At least 5 years of experience in consulting or projects with the Human Resources Department
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in French and English
