About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Planta Greenhouses.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough performance reviews to assess employee progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, staying up-to-date on company procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient task completion and high-quality results.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and exceptional customer service.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stock discrepancies.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
- Proficient in MS Office.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Strong attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with large workloads.
- May require overtime and tight deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure.
