About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Planta Greenhouses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough performance reviews to assess employee progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, staying up-to-date on company procedures and best practices.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient task completion and high-quality results.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repairs as needed to ensure business continuity and exceptional customer service.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stock discrepancies.

Requirements

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of relevant experience.

Computer and Technology Knowledge

  • Proficient in MS Office.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with large workloads.
  • May require overtime and tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
