Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor LeadWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Service Supervisor Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support.
About the RoleThe Customer Service Supervisor Lead will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, training staff in job duties and company policies, conducting performance reviews, and coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a related field is not required, but secondary (high) school graduation certificate is essential.
- At least 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work.
- Dental plan.
- Health care plan.
- Permanent full-time position.
- 35 hours per week.
- Work Language: English.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
