Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Supervisor Lead to join our team at ADR Freight Inc. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent full-time position working 35 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management, with a proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams.

As a Customer Service Supervisor Lead, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating and managing the day-to-day activities of customer service representatives to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  2. Maintaining and improving customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution.
  3. Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  5. Leading and mentoring team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service management, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions.
