Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Subway Sandwiches.

About the Role

The Food Service Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high-quality food products and services, adhering to Subway Sandwiches' standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and meet physical demands of the role.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, excellent oral communication, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
