Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to lead our sales team at M.A.Y. Cosmetics Inc. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Authorize payments by cheque and resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure stock levels are adequate.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Language: English.
Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
