Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at ADR Freight Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our customer service department, ensuring seamless communication with clients, and maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement processes to improve customer service delivery and overall team performance.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service standards.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
