Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Merchandise Procurement: Source and procure high-quality merchandise for resale, ensuring that our store remains competitive in the market.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize store performance.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers, ensuring that our team is equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Operational Efficiency: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure seamless store performance.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
