- Financial Management: Create and manage budgets to ensure the financial health of the store.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daily operations, address any issues that may arise, and ensure that the store is running efficiently.
- Employee Development: Hire, train, and supervise employees to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in word processing and inventory control software, as well as knowledge of email applications.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift heavy objects, strong attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Qualities: Driven by goals, positive mindset, customer-oriented, excellent interpersonal skills, and team-oriented.
