beBee Professionals is seeking a skilled Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to relevant departments with precision.
- Schedule appointments and manage office calendars with accuracy.
- Perform a range of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-presented.
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
