Administrative Support Specialist

Vital Safety Training Ltd. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to staff and management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging travel and accommodations.
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes, reports, and other documents.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Supervise office staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare invoices and bank deposits, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Establish and maintain office procedures and routines, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license.
- First Aid Certificate.
- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, and Quick Books skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
