We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Suvnj Hospitality Inc. o/a A&W. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and maintaining office supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations
  • Greet clients and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence and documents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

Our office is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be working in a team and will be required to be organized and accurate.
