We are seeking a highly motivated administrative coordinator to join our team at Dolphin IELTS Learning Center Incorporated.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As an administrative coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling and Coordinating: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as required.
  • Communication: Coordinate the flow of information within the team, respond to inquiries, and provide general administrative support.
  • Mail and Materials: Open and distribute mail and other materials as needed.
  • Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operation.
  • Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and stakeholders.

You will also be responsible for greeting visitors, directing them to contacts or service areas, setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing systems, and providing awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.

In addition, you will participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees, assist with immediate settlement needs, and support social and labour market integration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Administrative Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Cultural Competency: Understanding of and ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment.
