About the Role

This position provides coordination, logistical, and administrative services to support the department, including arranging appointments, scheduling meetings, processing correspondence, recording and preparing minutes, answering telephone inquiries, and maintaining filing systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing meeting and appointment schedules
  • Collecting and assembling information packages, files, reports, and correspondence
  • Providing logistical support for events and meetings
  • Responding to requests for information or materials from internal and external parties
  • Maintaining office filing systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
