We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Sagar Kundra Realty PC LTD.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate meetings, seminars, and conferences by preparing minutes and maintaining records
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, as well as other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Perform data entry and type correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Provide exceptional customer service through answering phone calls, relaying messages, and responding to electronic enquiries
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience equivalent to 1-6 months in an administrative position
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position working approximately 30-40 hours per week. The language of work is English, and free parking is available on site.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
