Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Berks Payment Solutions Inc. As an administrative coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a strong team.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm meeting details to ensure seamless communication.
  • Manage contracts and agreements to safeguard the company's interests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through effective phone and electronic communication.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records and support business decision-making.
  • Recruit and hire staff members who share our company values and vision.
  • Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate as a minimum requirement.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a regular full-time schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in English.

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is around $45,000-$60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This figure is based on industry standards and regional factors.
