Customer Experience Associate - Outbound Sales

Nordia Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Experience Associate to join our team of Outbound Sales professionals in the Toronto area.

In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to customers of Canada's largest telecommunications company to ensure they are getting the best value for all their products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to customers to upsell and add-on products and services that fit with their needs.
  • Promote complementary solutions for residential and mobility products and services.
  • Contribute to the team's success in a spirit of healthy competition and over-achievement.
  • Take inbound calls as a contingency when needed.

Requirements:

  • Available to work full-time in the following time slots: Tuesday to Friday, 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. EST; Saturday from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm EST.
  • Reside within 100 km of the Nordia centre in Toronto.
  • High-speed Internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space.
  • Completed high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a sales position at a call center (6 months +), ideally in a role where you have done outbound sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a computerized environment.
  • Sales mindset: you can build rapport quickly, negotiate effectively, and persevere when facing objections.
