We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team at XE. As the first point of contact for potential customers, you'll be responsible for qualifying inbound/outbound calls and creating sales opportunities. Your goal is to identify customer needs, provide information on our services, and drive sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help support both outbound and inbound channels with a focus on moving leads through the sales funnel.
  • Make a minimum of 70-80 calls on a daily basis to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Provide insightful information and deliver a new perspective on how to grow our Corporate business globally.
  • Set up a minimum of five meetings on a weekly basis to discuss business growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Outbound sales experience is desirable, but not required.
  • Coachable with a willingness to learn and a commitment to excellence.
  • Superior communication, relationship-building, and collaborative capabilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
