Job Title: Associate Sales Enablement Consultant

The Sales Enablement Consultant plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by empowering the CDK Sales team. Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product, this role partners with sales to identify new sales opportunities and pre-sales discovery. This involves evaluating current and potential customer workflow inefficiencies and recommending CDK solutions by providing industry insight and executing product demos/presentations.

The Sales Enablement Consultant leverages a unique blend of technical knowledge and sales skills to ensure a successful partnership and increase overall revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in driving the discovery process, helping to uncover prospect/customer's business objectives and issues.
  • In collaboration with Sales, use in-depth product knowledge to deliver captivating product demonstrations highlighting value propositions to get prospects excited about how CDK will help them exceed their goals.
  • Serve as a means of translation between technical and non-technical audiences, both internally and externally.
  • Work with internal and external teams to ensure successful onboarding and rollout of solutions sold.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Automotive Operations experience to include Variable Operations, Fixed Operations, and/or Business Office and Accounting.
  • Experience with technical sales, consulting, and product presentations within the SaaS industry.
  • Sales and Implementation or consulting experience with CDK products/solutions preferred but not limited to.
  • Aptitude for web technologies, customer relationship management (CRM), and sales enablement tools.
  • Proficiency in API and third-party integrations.
Work Environment and Travel Requirements:
  • 80% travel required to meet clients.
  • This role regularly utilizes a computer, including the use of a monitor, mouse, and keyboard.

Salary Range: $57,000 - $73,500 + Benefits
