About the Role:
We're seeking a proactive and strategic leader with a strong background in sales enablement. You'll design and implement training programs, manage change initiatives, and ensure smooth transitions during product updates or process changes.
About the Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or related roles.
- 5+ years of leading teams in a professional setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
About the Day-to-Day:
- Work closely with the Client Experience Strategy team to define product roles in client experience execution.
- Act as the first point of contact for product-related interactions with Sales and Client Management teams.
- Design and implement training programs for sales teams to enhance product knowledge.
- Manage, motivate, and develop direct reports through ongoing performance development.
Compensation:
We offer a competitive annual salary, plus a discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary will vary between $125,000 and $140,000 per year, depending on the candidate's knowledge, skills, and experience.
