Sales Leadership Manager

Lave autos soleil is seeking a skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing sales activities and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales department.
Key Responsibilities:- Cash Management: You will be responsible for managing cash transactions, including receiving payments, making change, and counting funds at the end of each shift.
- Customer Service: As a Sales Supervisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints. You must be able to resolve issues promptly and professionally, providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Inventory Control: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and preventing loss or theft.
- Duty Assignment: You will assign sales workers to duties based on their skills and abilities, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Merchandise Returns: You will authorize the return of merchandise, following company policies and procedures to ensure fair treatment of customers.
- Scheduling: You will create and manage work schedules for sales workers, taking into account staff availability, sales volume, and customer demand.
