At Lave autos soleil, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring the success of our organization.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Supervisor who can effectively manage and motivate our sales team to achieve their targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing returns of merchandise, establishing work schedules, and resolving issues that may arise. Additionally, they will supervise and coordinate activities of workers, organize and maintain inventory, and manage cash.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient use of resources
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints
- Establish work schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Supervise and coordinate activities of workers to meet sales targets
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize stockouts and overstocking
- Manage cash and maintain accurate financial records
To be successful as a Sales Supervisor at Lave autos soleil, you must have:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
As a Sales Supervisor with Lave autos soleil, you can expect a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, which includes a base salary of $50,000 and a performance-based bonus of $5,000. In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, and retirement savings plan.
Work EnvironmentYou will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about delivering exceptional results. Our work language is French, and we operate on a permanent basis with 30 hours of work per week.
