Senior Sales Leadership Position

**Job Summary**
AbbVie Inc is seeking a highly experienced and skilled sales leader to join our team as the Head of Sales for our Medical Aesthetics division in Canada.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of sales directors and regional managers to drive business results for our facial aesthetics, skin quality, CoolSculpting, and plastics/regenerative medicine portfolios in Canada.
- Partner with the General Manager to develop and implement a sales strategy that aligns with the company's growth ambitions.
- Ensure the sales organization is operating with excellence, focusing on customer engagement, account growth, and operational efficiency.
- Manage a diverse team of approximately 70 regional managers and field representatives.
- Represent AbbVie at customer-facing events, trade shows, and seminars.
**Requirements**
- University degree in business, preferably with an MBA.
- Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in sales and/or marketing, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Significant experience in leading in-field sales teams in medical aesthetics or pharma.
- Substantial success in meeting and exceeding sales targets through the direction and motivation of others.
- Experience in attracting, assessing, and developing talent and optimizing team performance in direct and matrixed leadership roles.
