We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Sales Manager to join our team in Insight Direct UK Ltd. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team of Account Executives to achieve sales goals and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth and expand market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions that meet customer needs.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the cloud and data industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
