Job Title: District Sales Manager

Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and experienced District Sales Manager to join our team. As a District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth in Big Box and Grocery accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in Big Box and Grocery accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Field Manager to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of prior management experience in retail, merchandising, training, sales, and/or field marketing.
  • Previous experience in retail sales and merchandising management in Grocery & Big Box strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills utilizing the internet, email, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business environments.
