We are seeking an exceptional Sales Director for our Toronto office, who will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and leading high-performing sales teams. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for crafting and executing sales strategies, mentoring and developing your team members, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment and execution.

**Job Description:**

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership experience, specifically in B2B SaaS, with expertise in leading leaders and implementing effective sales methodologies. A strong understanding of the B2B software market, as well as experience selling into SaaS or similar markets, is essential. Additionally, you should be comfortable working with data to inform decision-making and scaling actions for effective results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy focused on customer acquisition within the NAMER market, ensuring alignment with company growth objectives.

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear targets, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching and support.

• Oversee the development and performance of the sales management team, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and resources to lead their teams effectively and contribute to company sales objectives.

• Take an active role in recruitment and staffing, identifying top-tier talent and working closely with P&C to define hiring needs, participate in interview processes, and make key hiring decisions.

• Ensure a clear and effective onboarding process for new hires and employees transitioning into new roles, and develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.

• Continuously assess and improve the sales process, methodology, and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop, propose, and manage the annual sales budget within Customer Acquisition, ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet strategic goals and adjusting forecasts based on performance and market changes.

• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet and exceed targets.
