We are seeking an exceptional customer support leader to join our team at The Leadership Agency. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through expert leadership and guidance.
About the Role
- Job Summary: This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned customer support professional to take on a leadership role in our organization.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience: We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar customer support function, preferably in FinTech, SaaS or financial services.
- Leadership skills: Previous experience with customer support, including team leadership, is essential for this role.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are required to succeed in this position.
- Analytical skills: Proven ability to analyze support data and implement improvements is also a must.
- Technical skills: Comfortable with support tools and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), with a knack for troubleshooting software applications.
- Culture fit: Passion for fostering team collaboration and delivering innovative customer experiences is crucial.
