Head of Canada Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Director to lead our Sales Operations, Network Development, Aftersales, and Marketing activities in the Canada region.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in senior sales leadership roles, preferably within the automotive or related industry. Strong understanding of the Canadian automotive market, including dealer networks and consumer behavior, is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish strategic partnerships with regional stakeholders to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain a robust network for Sales and Aftersales operations in the region.
  • Analyze market data to inform market entry plans and routes to market.
  • Ensure adherence to brand standards and integrity across all sales and after-sales activities.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies to tailor global strategies to the region and ensure effective implementation.
  • Manage INEOS-owned Event Hubs, developing regional engagement strategies for VIPs, journalists, and off-road clubs.
  • Pursue Fleet customer opportunities, preparing RFIs and RFPs in collaboration with the Fleet Sales Manager Americas.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in senior sales leadership roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Canadian market, including dealer networks and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Able to work in a dynamic scale-up organization with a flexible, solution-driven attitude.

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
