Retail Sales Leadership Director

Teva Canada is seeking an experienced Retail Sales Leadership Director to spearhead the growth of Generics Retail Sales across Canada.
About the RoleThis key position will oversee sales organization and customer operations, encompassing customer service, demand planning, sales analytics, and sales force effectiveness. As a seasoned leader, you will develop and execute plans to grow generics retail sales, drive engagement, and enhance customer operations.
Responsibilities- Sales Growth Strategies: Develop and implement targeted plans to increase generics retail sales, foster customer engagement, and optimize customer operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 50 professionals, focusing on the national retail sales group.
- Performance Monitoring: Set sales goals, track performance, and initiate initiatives to achieve revenue growth and successful product launches.
- Leadership Experience: 7+ years of sales leadership in pharmaceuticals (preferably generics) with extensive knowledge of the Canadian retail pharmacy market.
- Progressive Leadership: Proven track record of leading functions in one or more relevant business areas, with evolving responsibilities.
- Strategic & Operational Skills: Strong strategic and operational abilities, with a proven capacity to lead cross-functional sales teams and drive business success and innovation.
- Change Management: Demonstrated ability to lead large teams, manage budgets, and drive change within an organization.
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging technology and data within the industry.
The estimated annual salary for this role is $150,000 - $180,000, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits may include health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
