RequirementsWe’re looking for a transformational VP of Sales who is ready to lead with vision, grit, and impact. This role demands a driven leader who doesn’t just meet expectations but shatters them. Your focus will be on pushing every boundary—from uncovering untapped revenue streams to optimizing sales effectiveness and creating a top-tier client experience. You will command the sales and marketing strategy with an uncompromising focus on performance and market leadership, leveraging deep industry expertise to dominate the luxury landscaping sector.
- Relevant industry experience within luxury services, landscaping, and/or construction industries
- Extensive sales and marketing experience, especially in the digital landscape, with a focus on high-growth, client-driven industries
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to scale revenue from $10M to $50M+
- Experience scaling a company’s revenue and building high-performance teams in a high-touch, client-driven industry
- Skilled in managing inbound, referral-driven sales models and building strong, accountable sales teams
- Must be able to build sales teams, set KPIs, and hold people accountable
- Comfortable leading in a flexible work model, with an influx of hours during high-demand seasons
