About the Role

As a Baseball Development Assistant Coach, you will be an integral part of our RBI Spring program in Toronto, supporting the implementation of inclusive baseball and softball programs in local schools. This is an excellent opportunity to foster a love for the game and help remove barriers to participation for students.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Program Specialist, RBI Spring, and contribute to creating a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all participants. If you are passionate about baseball, education, and community development, we encourage you to apply for this role.

About You
  • You have experience working with children and youth who face significant barriers to accessing sports and recreation opportunities.
  • You are familiar with baseball or softball, either as a player or coach, and are willing to learn and develop your skills.
  • You possess a high level of energy and a commitment to fostering a positive, supportive atmosphere for all participants.
  • You are able to travel reliably to assigned schools and have a valid driver's license.
  • You hold current Standard First Aid certification or are willing to obtain it prior to the start of the contract.
