Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Niagara-on-the-Lake office. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely resolution of customer issues via telephone and email. Your primary focus will be on maintaining, monitoring, supporting, and troubleshooting B2B Customer core Restaurant Point of Sale hardware and software applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain, monitor, support, and troubleshoot B2B Customer core Restaurant Point of Sale hardware along with software applications.
  • Escalate Customer issues to the next level of support as needed.
  • Provide value-added Customer Service by translating technical specifications into clear, non-technical requirements for easier understanding of non-technical end users.
  • Process RMA and Supply Orders as required.

Requirements:
  • High school graduation with 3 to 4 years of technical & troubleshooting experience or Community College diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer Engineering.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Salesforce CRM (asset).
  • Microsoft Networking certification (A+) or equivalent post-secondary technical degree.
