Job Summary:
Panasonic Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Virtual Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario. As a key member of our customer support team, you will provide timely and effective technical assistance to our business customers through various communication channels.

About the Role:
This is a full-time contract opportunity requiring a high school diploma or equivalent, along with 3-4 years of technical and troubleshooting experience. You should have excellent customer relations skills, be bilingual in French and English, and possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook email. Additionally, proficiency in TCP/IP networking protocols, router hardware and configuration, Ethernet hub, internet modem, and anti-virus in a networked environment is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Networking certification (A+) or an equivalent post-secondary technical degree would be considered assets.

Responsibilities:
Escalate customer issues to advanced product support, field service, management, and other levels as needed. Provide value-added customer service by translating technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements for easier understanding of end-users. Document all processes and training as required. Perform RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and supply order/sales processing when necessary. Train and assist new agents with call center routine. Collaborate with management and other technical resources to resolve complex issues.

Work Environment:
This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. As a remote worker, you will need to be self-motivated, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality are also essential.

Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of approximately $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as benefits such as medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic company.
