The Lorval Capital Management group is seeking a skilled HRIS Analytics and Payroll Specialist to provide expert support to all Operating Companies. This individual will report directly to the Director, Human Resources, and be responsible for leading the continuous evaluation and evolution of the HRIS System.
Key responsibilities include providing subject matter expertise on all modules within Dayforce, ensuring that all approved changes and updates are configured, tested and implemented within the system, and coordinating with departments to identify areas of improvement. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience working with and implementing HRIS systems, as well as a strong understanding of payroll rules and legislation.
This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be able to translate user needs into technical requirements and partner with non-technical customers to understand their needs.
