About the Job

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team and support our day-to-day administrative tasks related to payroll and human resources functions. This position will be responsible for managing the accuracy of approved timesheets, assisting with daily HR operations, and providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the point of contact for employees and the payroll provider for all payroll-related questions.
  • Ensure the accuracy of approved timesheets by reviewing and verifying them.
  • Support daily HR operations and administrative duties.
  • Provide administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Update employee records (both hard and soft copies).

This role will work closely with our HR team to ensure seamless execution of HR functions. If you have experience working with payroll software, such as Kronos/UKG Ready, this is a great opportunity to leverage your skills and grow within our organization.
