We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at HRPivot. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks related to payroll and human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the point of contact for employees and the payroll provider for all payroll-related questions.
2. Review and ensure the accuracy of approved timesheets.
3. Assist with daily HR operations and administrative duties.
4. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
5. Compile and update employee records (both hard and soft copies).
6. Utilize the Kronos/UKG Ready software platform to hire, terminate, and onboard employees.
7. Guide employees through the onboarding process and give presentations at monthly onboarding events.
8. Handle employee requests via phone or email.
9. Manage external requests such as employment and income verification.
10. Track, upload, and manage employee files in the HRIS.
11. Document and record meeting notes for HR-related discussions.
