About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Fleetex Transport Ltd. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across our regional territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand our market share.
  • Sales Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure sales team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of experience in sales management or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions
