Sales Operations Manager

The Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the sales functions within our organization. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively manage resources and drive sales initiatives.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a managerial role within a sales environment.
This role is situated within a fast-paced food service establishment, where tight deadlines and attention to detail are crucial.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to execute organizational policies and programs.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
- Coordinate the work across various regions, divisions, or departments.
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
- Select middle managers and directors, delegating necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
- Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
Manage a team of 16-20 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
